12lbs 12ozs yesterday !! The little monkey is certainly going in the right direction.

Today we head North for our mini trip to Newcastle Upon Tyne.  Really looking forward to some R&R time and the chance (believe it or not) to do some Christmas Shopping.  We’re sure that there will be some piccies by the end of the week – keep you posted…..

Bath time – we have started to enjoy bath time

Elliot slept throughout the photography session we had on Saturday, although we did still manage to get some very good photographs it seems – we have been to review the shoot today, and have placed an order to take a few of the photographs.  So, we are best part of £500 lighter but we seemed to be able to negotiate well – which was handy.

We will have some more photos done closer to Christmas we think so that his first Christmas suit is recorded 🙂

Our two week vacation starts Tuesday and we can’t wait – we have a couple of nights in Newcastle booked to see family and start the dreaded Christmas shopping…..

Elliot Jack has been putting on almost 1lb per week for the last few weeks and now weighs in at a little over 12lbs.

Today, we are heading out for our first family photographs so that should be fun.  Sleeping is still erratic at nights but at least his first cold seems to be on the way out 🙂

Elliot Jack is feeling under the weather this week as he seems to have picked up a cold bug.  He is (we think and hope) through the worst of it as he seems less congested today.  We have had two or three days of little continuous sleep and only take an ounce or two of scoobies at any given time.  We hope to be back on track by the weekend – well it will be that or Vicky and/or Simon with the cold ready to pass back to Elliot when he is better next week…..
