So tomorrow is his final full day of relaxing as we are heading in for the induction @ 5pm Thursday. Apparently we should expect to be ready to go by Friday morning, so the boys have booked a room @ GreenLea, and Simon the sofa at Dave and Jeans. Bags are packed (OK so they have been for 6 weeks 🙁 ) and we are ready to go………

OK, so we are now a week late and still we have no signs of arrival. We are beginning to wonder whether he is trying to tell us something here. On a positive note, his bedroom is now finished, with the curtains and blind finally being put up (fortunately not by Simon – yes we all know what his curtain hanging skills are like) and they finish the room off great.
All we need now ……
Still no signs of arrival unfortunately so we went to see the mid-wife. We are now booked in for Induction on Thursday 14th September and there is little chance of making this sooner, unless of course he makes us his own mind to come out and see us all. We do wonder if the phone continuously ringing for news is putting him off………..
Well, today’s the day and the little monkey is showing no signs of departing from his cramped bed. Vicky is definitely wishing him evicted, and while there have been a couple of suggestions he may be considering moving out, it seems the bags have not been packed…. We continue to await….

Simon’s Silver Cross (Wilson) Pram (that’s right, the one he had as a baby) has been sent off to Silver Cross for restoration this week – it will be back in September and Simon is hoping Vicky will let Elliot ride in his cool 30-odd year old chariot. Pictures will be available when the pram returns…
