Yesterday Emily was in for a quick check up service at Sandal BMW and while we were there we test drove a new car. Gulp…

We have been mulling over for a while whether the time is right to upgrade the little car to something a little nicer and better with fuel economy for the trips to Vicky’s work just below Sheffield.

We spent quite a bit of time looking at the used models and in the end have determined that we really would like to buy a brand new one.

So, in a few short weeks, Vicky will be the proud owner of a lovely silver BMW 420d Sport with red leather interior 🙂 A bit like the one below:

When we told the boys about the new car, poor Oliver burst into tears as he didn’t want to let Emily leave the family 🙁

Let’s just hope that the new car – as yet unnamed will be a suitable replacement in his eyes.
