Today was the first miserable day  in fact it rained 🙁 So we took our time getting up and out, had proper British bacon butties for Breakfast and then made our way towards Anaheim.  Vicky had already ascertained that there was NO Haloween show in Disneyland today, so we were on for spending some time in Downtown Disney.

En-route we tried to get to a beach at La Jolla only we found that we could not get close enough with the RV and the fact that it was raining also did not help much.  As a result we drove through the town and then got back on Interstate 5 heading North for LA.  We arrive in Anaheim just after 1pm, filled up another $180 of petrol and setup the RV at the Anaheim Resort RV Park.  We then got some tickets for the shuttle ($14 return for all of us) and head into the Disney area. We arrived just before 3pm and decided to head into the California Adventure park since there would be approximately 5 hours before the park closed.

We managed to fit quite a lot in before the boys got too tired…. Monsters inc, Bugs land, Toy Story Mania, Ariel the Mermaid and Tim and mummy got a couple of rounds in at the Tower of Terror :-).  Sadly, because of the work going on to finish Cars Land, the ice cream shop that daddy was in search of for a hot caramel ice cream, has been closed down as they are re-building that area completely.  Thankfully there was no queue at the caramel popcorn stand so we rapidly purchased goods and consumed half the bag before getting the bus back to the RV park.

Sadly, it is likely to rain again tomorrow so we are likely to just head back up to Paso Robles.
