This afternoon was the date set for the Silcoates Juniors Cross Country running races and the boys were both scheduled to run.

Elliot was first up at 2:10pm and then Oliver’s year came in to run their race at 2:45pm.

The bigger children (Elliot’s year group and above) had to run nearly 3 times this distance as they ran all the way down to the bottom field and back, with the smaller children (years 1 and 2) running around the main field outside of the science block at the school.

First up was Elliot – seems he was quite tired at the end…

and finally Olly came in 🙂

Both finished 3rd from last – something to beat next year..
