Well, BT have now done what seems like nothing to facilitate our lack of Internet presence for over 3 weeks – their response continues to be one of “can we run some diagnostics on the line from your end”. Getting really frustrating as clearly there will be no difference from the last time they did the very same test just 3 days previous – grrr….
It is becoming VERY clear that either they do not want to send an engineer to the local exchange that supplies the house with the cable, or they don’t have any engineers to send. Maybe the exchange eats engineers or something …….
